With more than 40 years in the Healthcare arena, specifically leading the Clinical Chemistry Laboratories and Immunology operations at SBH Health System in New York, Kelvin applies Lean methodologies in the analysis of workflow, quality control, staff coordination and laboratory operations.

Identifying a significant need to improve efficiencies in the healthcare industry, Kelvin formed RTG Solutions in collaboration with his son, Khris K. Bhattan, a proven leader in Lean Process Development and Instructional Design. Kelvin’s extensive experience in laboratory operations, and his penchant for details, will impact change in hospitals and healthcare systems. The need to establish timely and accurate patient test results is critical, specifically in Level 1 Trauma, Stroke, ICU and Pediatric units.

Through Kelvin’s expertise, RTG Solutions Group implements proven system methodologies to ensure a rapid response of laboratory data to deliver quality patient care.

Kelvin earned his M.S. in Health Care Management from St. Joseph’s College and B.S. in Medical Technology from New York Institute of Technology. He has Clinical Laboratory Scientist and Technologist certifications from the National Certification Agency for Medical Laboratory Personnel and Department of Health, Education and Welfare.
